What are the meteorological values for each weather condition?
What are the meteorological values for each weather condition?

Here's a description for each of the weather conditions, and what values constitutes light, moderate and heavy amounts.

Rain

Light: Up to 1 mm per 3 hours
Moderate: Between 1.1 mm and 2.5 mm per 3 hours
Heavy: Above 2.5 mm per 3 hours  

Snow 

Light: Up to 1 mm per 3 hours (or approx. 0.3cm to 1 cm lying snow)  
Moderate:
Between 1.1mm to 2.5 mm per 3 hours (or approx. 1.1cm to 2.5 cm lying snow)
Heavy:
Over 2.5 mm per 3 hours (or over approx. 2.5cm lying snow)    

Sun 

Sunny: Less than 20% cloud
Mostly Sunny:
Between 20% and 39% Cloud
Part Sunny;
Between 40% and 59% Cloud
Mostly Cloudy:
Between 60 and 79% cloud
Not Sunny
Greater than 79% cloud   

Please note, sun condition can only be true during daylight hours)

Cloud

Cloudy: Greater than 80% cloud cover
Mostly Cloudy:
Between 61% to 80% cloud cover
Part Cloudy:
Between 41% and 60% cloud cover
Mostly Clear: Between 21% to 40% cloud cover
Clear:
Between 0% to 20% cloud cover

Wind Speed

None: No discernible wind  
Light:
Less than 13 mph  
Moderate:
Between 13 and 25mph  
Strong:
Between 25 mph and 39 mph  
Very Strong:
Greater than 39 mph   

Temperature

Sliding scale from -50°C (-58°F) to 50°C (122°F)

Humidity

Sliding scale from 0% to 100%   

Air Pressure

Sliding scale from 850 to 1100mb   

UV Index

Sliding scale from 0 to 11
