First off, please double check that it is in fact the wrong account that you have connected with WeatherAds. 

Facebook requires that you use a ‘real person account' to manage the Facebook ads/ Business Manager account. It’s this real person account that you need to sync with WeatherAds. 

Once the syncing process is complete, you will then be able to ‘toggle’ from your ‘real person account' to your company profile in order to import the campaigns associated with your Facebook Ads/ Business Manager account, into WeatherAds. 

If you have indeed logged in with the wrong Facebook account, please complete the following steps: 

  1. Go to this page: and de-authorize Facebook. (hit ‘remove’ button next to Facebook) Note: this does not delete your imported ad sets, or weather targeting settings.

  2. Once this is done, please go to and check if WeatherAds is listed in there. If it is, please remove it from your apps. Please make sure you are signed in with the correct Facebook account when you are performing this step!

  1. Once you have completed these steps please return to this page: and re-authorize your Facebook account.

Important information

WeatherAds will connect to whichever Facebook account you are currently logged into in your browser. The easiest way to make sure you sync WeatherAds with the correct Facebook account is to first log into your Facebook ads account in your browser, before syncing with WeatherAds.
